No, you can’t.
TOS5101 has a high voltage transformer to change up an input power supply voltage.
The output frequency is same at that of the input power supply voltage.
If you want to change the output frequency, place an AC power supply device.
TOS5101 uses a typical commercial transformer, so please set it at 50 or 60 Hz.
By the way, TOS9300/TOS9200/TOS5300 series and TOS5200 feature the function to change the output frequency.
