In TOS9200 series, the resistance measuring range of 0.01 MΩ to 9.99 GΩ is within the specification.
However, its resistance meter can show the measurement results up to 99.9 GΩ.
The resistance measurement for TOS9200 series is calculated by the CPU using the current measurement results.
If the measurement resistance is more than 10 GΩ, the current flowing into the DUT will be extremely low.
In this situation, even if the current slightly changes, the measurement resistance will change in the unit of several dozens of GΩ.
Therefore, TOS9200 series can accurately measure (assure the accuracy of measurement) within this specification.
Please use the measurement resistance results outside the specification as reference only.
