When the pin No.3 and 7 (shutdown signal) of the J1 connector of PBZ series is short-circuited, is the POWER switch turned off?

When the external contact is in the “make” condition, the POWER switch is turned off (the breaker has tripped). Therefore, when the pin No.3 and 7 are short-circuited, the POWER switch is turned off.
