No, PBZ series cannot output a square wave of 10 µs, but it has a slew rate of 3.5 µs at 100 kHz as an amplifier. If PBZ series attempts to output a square wave of 10 µs, it will produce a trapezoidal wave with a rise/fall time of 3.5 µs.
