PAT-T series is not a wide range DC power supply, which cannot cover a wide range of voltage and current settings within the rated power.
Therefore, even if the output voltage is set to low, it cannot flow the current more than the rated value.
As example of PAT160-50T, even if the output voltage is set to 100 V, the output current is up to 50 A, not 80 A.
